Job Summary:

Insurance Advisors, Inc. is a Managing General Agency whose core mission is providing excellent support services to our dynamic Sales Force team. The Case Manager is primarily responsible for coordinating all aspects of case management and implementation processes for Life, Long-Term Care and Disability Insurance policies.

CASE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain Agency and Case Management database
• Prepare new applications for submission to Insurance Carriers inclusive of complete insurance policy workflow process (contracting, licensing, ordering exams, paperwork, submission, underwriting requirements, etc.)
• Maintains primary ownership of cases during the underwriting process which requires engaging in frequent communication and coordination between life insurance carriers, internal resources and vendors.
• Provide online quotes to Agents as requested utilizing the available technology
• Answer incoming calls
• Assist with Special Projects such as assembly of marketing materials and logistics coordination for training classes
• Order Carrier sells and marketing materials as requested
• Generate status reports for Brokers as needed
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of workflow processes, ordering information on-line and business management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal
• Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web based software imperative
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced and sometimes pressured environment
