I love retail .. the buildings, the architecture, the lighting.. everything right down to the placement of plants, chairs, tables, and the displays of goods. I love walking into a store for the first time and admiring its treasures.

Trever J. Gallina joined Isaacs and Company in November 2016, bringing unique expertise in market analysis and retail tenant and landlord representation to the team. During his previous 15 years as a retail real estate representative, including 13 years at the Manhattan headquarters of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Retail, he played an integral role in many high-profile national retail expansions. He specializes in New York City leasing in fashion forward and luxury product destinations.
Trever has provided leasing advisory services to Goldman Sachs, Atlantic Development Group, Bazbaz Development, Boymelgreen Development, Fisher Brothers, the Friedland Company, Hines Development, Oaktree Capital, SL Green, Pace University, Tishman Speyer, Solil Management, the estate of Stanley Stahl, Tamarkin Development, Treeline Development and UBS Realty Advisors.
Trever also planned and implemented the US retail strategies of Fred Perry and Asics, acquiring three New York City flagship stores and several others in major US markets for the athletic brand. He secured the Rodeo Drive flagship store for Barbara Bui and placed Haute Hippie in multiple high-traffic locations, including SoHo and Madison Avenue. Other clients have included Paris-based Facconable, Geneva-based Richemont, Montreal-based M0851, Parasuco Jeans and James Perse.

Trever Gallina is a family man at heart—originally from Wisconsin— who now has a love for New York. The hustle and bustle of the city. The food, the people, clients and friends have made Trever the people person he is today.
I love that Trever is a volunteer for a non-profit group called The Red Circle Foundation. This organization serves the families of fallen and wounded heroes. I have been an active volunteer for years with different organizations and with each event and experience I have met wonderful people along the way.
